PallaviMom of a 7 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...give lessmof.milj n more.of.nutritious food.n fruits n vegetables...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken, teggs), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
