Q.

my daughter is one year old, I wanted to ask she has a routine sometimes she eat breakfast at 10:30 am and after around 12am ,I make her drink milk with paneer or dry fruits etc ...and after this sleeps till 3:30 pm or 4 pn ..after this I make her eat lunch ...bcoz of this she skips her evening milk ....i make her eat only thrice a day with two times milk ...I m tensed plz. tell what can I do and also tell me about diet ..m i giving in a relationship right way.

A. Hello dear parent! Ideal breakfast time is between 8 and 9. Morning snack is around 10.45. Lunch can be between 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm. Evening snack around 4 pm. Dinner before 8 pm. Give milk once in the morning and night before sleep. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
