Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Give 3 meals and 2 small snacks. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Speak with your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
