As it occurs due to reflux action .. not to worry try to keep the baby head a little elevated with help of your palm or baby pillow while feeding . Also prefer to take easy to digest foods and also have something nutritious before baby feed time as that will ensure good quality milk and which is filling enough and help in burping as well

as such no need of any medicine.
because it is normal for young babies to spit up milk in curdy consistency with slow flow after each feeding.
so please give small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
don't overfeed your child.
burp your baby in between and after each feeding.

During their first three months, about half of all babies experience their stomach contents coming back up into the esophagus, a condition known as gastroesophageal reflux, infant reflux or infant acid reflux.
