Q.

My daughter is on mixed feed. however, I want to shift to breast feeding completely. can you tell me how can I understand if my daughter is full after a feed as she often cries even after feeding for half an hour or so. am I supposed give her water because she consumed formula alongside breastfeeding.

A. do not give water, Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements to improve breast milk secretion

A. hi mam, there is no need of water as well formulafeeds. please give breasfeeding Alone. mam, relaxed and calm baby after feeding is iindication of enough milk supply but as your child is crying much after feeding ,I advise to check your milk supply burp your baby well after each feeding as it happens because of Colic too ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day
