Q.

my daughter is of two years n 3 months, her weight is 11 kg,she drinks milk three times in a day but she eats very little, is it ok or should I do something to increase her solid intake in place of milk....

A. this is fine ok.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Hello mom Babies don’t accept solids easily but you have to keep trying and this is the only solution. And if you will continue giving milk all the time then baby will never start taking proper meals because milk kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby
