my daughter is of 5 months old with continuous fever from 2 weeks she was on antibiotics and paracetamol but no result blood report was also normal with slight increase in lymphocyte count what is the cure

You should continue with the medicine only the doctor would help you with another medication if any is required sometimes these fever can take a little longer time to subside and says the blood report is normal in general I think it should be fine within two or three days more
