my daughter is of 3year 10 mnths. she does not poop well.. her poop is very tight.. she has a lot of itching at her urinary area and jalan b bahut krta hai. what shoes I do

Ma’am you should give more of fibres and fluids to the child the motion is usually hard when the child is having dehydration or not having sufficient amount of fibres in the diet so please focus upon that and that is definitely going to help in better digestion and motion and if there is too much of itching into the vagina region or the urinal region you please check with your doctor it could be due to some allergy or infection
