my daughter is of 10months old. since we cannot give cow milk before age of 1year, so can we give her paneer? If paneer has been extracted at home from cow milk, is it safe for the baby to have paneer of cow milk?

A. Namaste Mom Yes mom definetly you can give , in fact other milk products can be given such as panner , ghee , curds , kheer , use milk in kheer , porridge etc
