Q.

My daughter is now six months old, what food can I feed her and how much can I feed her?

A. Hello mom you can introduce the baby to liquid consistency diet first and once the baby accepts it well enough you may gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods and alternate it with your feed. you may initially start in small quantities say a few tsp and one thing at a time as they accept well gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals

A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving small amounts of daal or chaaval paani, ragi, homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, carrot purée and so on. Continue with breastfeed. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
