Q.
my daughter is now one year old and her sleep is very light. how many hours of sleep is good for her development? should I start making a sleep routine for her now?

Author of questionGuardian of a 5 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. hello doc I m a working women and I want to fix a sleep time table for my daughter but people are suggesting that one should allow babies in whatever timing they want to sleep. please tell me if I should try to fix her sleep timing or not?? she is one year old now

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due ti any teeth pain .Teething is a difficult process and during teeth eruption there is pain that's why baby is very irritative during this period . Vitamin D drops 1ml should be continued and any teether can be given safely .
