Q.

my daughter is now 9 months old.. her birth weight is 3.2kg now she is 6.2kg. her physical and developmental activities are good but she is not attaining optimum weight. I am giving homemade rice dal powder porridge with veggies, banana powder porridge, ragi with apple porridge, Dalia porridge.. should I switch to commercial packed cereal or continue with this food routine?

A. Your food routine is good so continue with that and add desi ghee in all 4 meals of the baby and incited nuts powder in porridge avd milk avd milk products

A. after 6 months she used to poop loosely. doctor suggested to do stool test she is positive for lactose intolerance so he told us to not include any dairy products in her diet. also told me to avoid to avoid dairy products in my diet. then can I add ghee to her food?
