My daughter is now 21months old. she is suffering with Head lice/nits can we use Ivermectin (0.5%) shampoo based lotion? Is it safe to use in this age? give any suggestion or medication for this.

A. Hi, take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Lightly warm it and keep it aside. Apply this mixture to hair and gently give a massage.
