My daughter is now 21months old. she is suffering with Head lice/nits can we use Ivermectin (0.5%) shampoo based lotion? Is it safe to use in this age? give any suggestion or medication for this.

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Lightly warm it and keep it aside. Apply this mixture to hair and gently give a massage. Take lice comb and brush it is 5 to 7 times. And you can wash with any shampoo. Repeat this twice in a week for about 2 to 3 weeks.
