my daughter is now 2.5yrs, shall I give her horlicks in the morning n evening for her growth!

You can give it but all these supplements do have high content of sugar as well so kindly check the ingredients first and if you think it is healthy to be given to the child doesn’t have any such additional sugar then you may proceed with it because I am very certain about the sugar into these products are very high
