my daughter is not having any thing since from last 4-5 days and she having high fever for 2 days monday and tuesday but only milk not taking anything

A. hwllo if the baby is less than 6 months old then try to frequently breastfeed the baby which can help and if the baby is above 6 month then try small portion of food frequently and since the child was not well that would be reduce and the child may refuse to take the food
