Q.
My daughter is just 1year 7 month old she is having dry cough. It is increasing at night... Pls give some medicines.. Because due to covid no doctor is available in my locality. So pls give some medicines with suggestions.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. give 5 ml of syp Honitus 2 times a day..
also Take a glass of warm water and add 1 tea spoon each of turmeric powder and carom powder. Mix it well and give the mixture about two times a day. This is an effective remedy for dry cough.

first you need to keep your child well hydrated
give luke warm water to drink
it is best to prepare small ball from jeggary, pinch of dry ginger powder and turmeric powder .
give it before sleep time.
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping.
