My daughter is having watery stools since last one day. Not eating anything only my feed and water but seems to be active and playing around. Gave her homeopathy medicine. Is it the teething issue or a stomach infection? Please advise

A. hello mam it is stomach infection caused due to teething as during teething kids tend to put everything into mouth leading to stomach inf. keep kids surrounding s clean and keep washing hands of baby after short intervals.
