My daughter is having watery motions since yest. She is 6 months and 6 days old now breast fed. Just few days back started rice water with carrot and apple puree.. Kindly advise what to do to stop her motions and keep her hydrated.. Also she haven't increased a lot of weight since last month. I am quite distressed... Plz advise..

A. You can continue giving rice kanji to the baby as it improves the digestion and keeps tummy in good condition and give enterogermina twice a day for three days to the vaby
