A. hi first ,you need to keep your child well hydrated give liquids like coconut water, buttermilk, soup ,lassi , nimbupani,ors etc avoid giving heavy and Bakery food items. give easily digestible food items like khichdi, curd rice with roasted jeera powder, upma etc
