my daughter is having viral fever so should I give her fever medicine on regular basis like 3 times a day or only when she is having fever

A. Yes of course if it is a viral fever also you have to give paracetamol and it’s meant to be given four times in the day with a gap of six hours each if the temperature is there but if the fever doesn’t subside within three days or if it is constantly increasing please go for a blood test
