my daughter is having this type of infection in her scalp, buttocks and around her nose. what is it? please help some liquid is also coming out from them

Tbact ointment you can apply but if it is spreading like you have mentioned three or four places it would be good for you to have a physical assessment with your doctor because then only you can come to know what is this exactly what is the reason and treatment for this
