My daughter is having these white sore spots in her mouth

Maybe it’s a blister or kind of a thrush so better to have an assurance about what the issue could be you’ll have to get it examined with your paediatrician in order to have better understanding of the issue on that basis only they can advise you with any medicine if it is needed to be applied
