Q.
my daughter is having stomach sometime.. i had sonography but nothing is come up in report only have some infection.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.f Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some dchronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

So because of that infection only your child probably is having stomach pain every now and then so that’s completely normal for the infection you’ll have to get it treated with the doctor I know that basis only gradually over the period the things are going to be better than food for for the childWrite Your Answer Here
