My daughter is having stomach ache nd loosemotions. So she is not eating anything from the last 2 days. Which medicine should i give her??

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to give ORS to keep the child well hydrated you can also give nimbu pani and parts that I would recommend a home remedies give thandi nimbu chai with roasted makhana 4 times a day you will not need to give any medicine
