Try avoid harsh rubbing and check for if any redness

it Happens because of dry skin, inadequate intake of fluids, full day usage of Diaper or infection
so please check it
don't use soap or Soapy water to clean this part
apply thin layer of coconut oil there which help to prevent itching prefer Cotton nappies like Babyhug nappies
