my daughter is having handd foot mouth infection... her doctor sugested kepamite cream.... but she is not eating n drinking anything what to do.... iam scared she will be dehydrated

Zincovit Give the supplement to the child 2.5 ML once in a day for two months this is going to help in meeting of the deficiencies in the body and hopefully with that your child would also like to eat over the period this is one way that you can go ahead with
