Q.

My daughter is having gum swelling in her front teeth there is no pain but the swelling is there. What to do?

A. for oral cavity pain / dental pain you can give paracetamol to the child and if it is not improving you can go for syrup ibugesic also. please try to maintain hygiene of the oral cavity and if the child is having dental carries then a dentalz examination will also be required. meet your paediatrician who will tell you whether examination by the zdentist is required or not and will also rule out any type of local pathology which might be causing pain
