My daughter is having fever from yesterday night. As per doctor advise, we gave Dolo 250 every 5-6 hours once. But the temperature did not go down. It was around 103.8. We used wet towel and tried to reduce the temp. Today we started giving ibugesic plus. After medicine, the temp started dropping. But i could feel the temperature in her palm, feet, tummy. After 5 hours, temp is gradually increasing. She is having blocked nose as well. What should we do please

A. hi. .you may give your child ibugesic plus in every 6 hourly for 3 days n give lots of fluids. and do visit your doctor if no improvement after 3 days.
