A. Yes sure Any temperature above 100 F is fever. Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

A. My 5-year-old son is having high fever (103F) right now. I have given him paracetamol 250 mg syrup in the morning and noon as need with fever. Can I use wet cloth on his forehead in winter season?

A. Try to place a wet cloth in forehead. This would reduce the heat. Keep monitoring for temperature. If the temperature is more It's better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option.
