my daughter is having cough from 20 days oly when she sleeps after giving all medicines it has not stopped she still cough what could be the reason while on medication it will be better after stopping medicine it has started again what could be the reason

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. along with cough and cold medicine nebulization will be requirexd and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medicaxtion .
it is very important to give proper inhaler as well as proper method of nebulization for better recovery
