Q.

my daughter is having constipation and for that reason she had a phobia of not saying Susu or potty. What is your advice.

A. baby is 3 years In constipation modify diet avoid baked and packaged food give diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give Luke warm water to drink maintain hydration give plenty of oral fluids if the problem perissts consult your doctor for stool softners

A. having constipation issues you should increase the water intake keep baby well hydrated add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple oats Dalia ragi give curd daily raisin water
