Q.

my daughter is having a temperature of 101.2 in underarms...doc suggested to give mefkind forte(6ml) if temp reaches 102....can I give her mefkind now??

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water.
