DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. , your baby girl is 1.10 years old and she is having a lump on her neck then if it’s soft,moving and painless then it’s non specific lymph node or lipoma

So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment
