Lump actually can just be a fat ball this is a hereditary issue with some kids have from their four fathers or immediate father or grandfather from either of the side it can be and it is just a fat ball which does not create any problem it’s called lipoma so if it is not subsiding despite of antibiotics and you need to be more sure about it even check with your doctor to get a biopsy done for that
