Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give him lemon juice - Mix the juice of half a lemon in a glass of warm water, add honey to it and give it to your child. It should be consumed early in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also give prune juice or apple juice to your kid. Give ample amount of water to your kid. Add 1-2 spoonfuls of honey to a glass of milk and give it to your kid on an empty stomach. Let your kid engage in some or the other physical activity daily for atleast 30-40 mins. Give your kid a warm bath and add a few spoons of baking soda in his bathwater and let your kid relax in it for 10-15 mins. Include fibrous foods in his diet such as barley cereal, beans, spinach, sweet potato, broccoli, oranges, apricots. Give your kid blackberries.
