my daughter is eating properly but sometimes she's complaining stomach ache and nausea especially at night from 2,3 days i think she is having some gastric trouble kindly suggest some medicine.

A. dear mum , ocassional stomach ache and nausea wpuld generally not require any medicine especially assessment by doctor is required give easy to digest light meals , keep gap of atleast 2 to 3 hrs meal n bed time curd , buttermilk , ajwain mint
