Q.
My daughter is catching cold as stuffy nose(thick mucus) very frequently. Please advice any aryuvedic remedies for cure.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Boil 4–5 tulsi leaves and one badi elachi (black cardamom) in one cup of water. Once boiled, strained and let it cool down. Feed 2 t to 3 teaspoons of this water to your baby. keep good hygiene n give well balanced diet
