My daughter is born pre mature IUGR. Though she is 3 years old but she does not speak like other child of this age. She does not eats properly.

A. doesn't not speak let the baby mingle same age group keep encouraging the baby to speak doesn't eat trying developing food interest have meal together start with vitamin supplement as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatrician
