Q.

my daughter is becoming very selective in food.. she is rejecting food which is sweet. please suggest how do I change her eating habits?

A. Hai good afternoon !! Its normal to select,choose options in food as they prefering /selecting .. though they may be picky but observe their taste preferences,texture then modify according their taste. Avoid packed,processed,sugar,maida,preservative foods. If they like semi solids,porridges then add vegetables,fruits,sometimes with millets ,kichdi,malts,puriees,give finger foods if started teething.
