Q.

my daughter is approx 2mths old now however she has only been sleeping for 8- 10 hours per day until now. I have been told new borms should sleep 15-18 ,hours but that has not been the case with daughter. please advise as I m lil concerned

A. not necessarily sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the hours of sleep and they will not have any problem.d (please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)

A. That’s completely alright the sleep pattern and the time is going to change again over the period you will see with growing age maybe in the time of two or three months your child is going to sleep for longer division but that is completely alright the minimum amount should be 8 to 10 hours in a day for sure because that is most important
