Q.

My daughter is almost 5 months old. She is partially in formula and breast milk. For quite sometime I am noticing dark green limps in her poop. Sometimes her entire poop is dark green in color. What might be the reason? P.S. I am giving her Vit. D drops, colloidal iron drops and Multi vitamin drops as prescribed by her pediatrician.
