my daughter is active and perfectly fine except dry cough.she coughed at night and day while sleeping for sometime plz advice dry cough syrup for relief

A. dr I have oxydex syrup can I give that in place of asthalin I'm not sure both r same or not

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalatidon. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home cremedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
