ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hearing and speech, at 1 month, the baby turns head towards sounds of rattle, by 6 months produces monosyllable sounds like ma, ba and around 9 months bisyllables like mama, baba. Around 10 months understand spoken speech or sound. Usually by the age of 1 year, child can use two words. Vocabulary increases during second year. Between the age of two years , make simple sentence using two to three words. Gradually their vocabulary increases when they turn 3 years.

He rather suggest that you should make sure that the help you are taking is someone whom you can trust for your baby the other thing is that you can also place camera and the third thing is that you also need to make sure that you keep on talking to you baby more and more there is no issues with the talking ability of the baby some babies are speak only few monosyllables
