My daughter is about 3 year 2 months and her weight is approx 11 kgs, what is the dosage of paracetamol (120mg ) can be given for her while 103 fever. thrice given 5ml but still temperature remains same there is no down in temperature, whether is recommended to give her above 6 ml or 7ml to low down her temperature.
