Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the samfe time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is importdant to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem

play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping
give weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi Dalia banana eggs dry fruits as cashew almond in paste and powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount
