My daughter is 9 years she is hevy weight in 60kgs .How to weigh loss .she face many problems in school friends,and relatives.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. mam it is advisable to get the baby physically evaluated by a doctor to find the exact cause of so much weight gain. also do not give maida and oily food items. avoid outside food and give homemade food only to the kid. indulge the child in outdoor games which also helps in weight loss.
