my daughter is 9 years old. she is having stomachache n nausea all the time. she doesn't like eating anything. v have got her blood test, urine test, ultra sound done but all the reports are fine. if u could help me

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello make sure to give fluids well and also include fruits which is a natural appetizer and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe
