Q.

my daughter is 9 years old. She has not passed stool because of constipation for last 4 days. We have given several medicines for different physicians. Please suggest some solution.

A. You may offer your child one or two fresh or canned prunes a day to see if they help. However, many other foods also contain fibre and can help with acute constipation
