my daughter is 9 years old. She grinds her teeth while sleeping and makes clicking sounds. please guide me what should I do?

Bandy suspension you can give to the child it comes in the packaging of 10 ML 400 MG you can give it to the child in the night before sleeping in most of the cases it is associated with having worms in the tummy so give this medicine I hope it helps otherwise you have to consult your doctor once
