A. Hello my dear parent! Supplements in any form should be given to the child only after consultation with the paediatrician. Get in touch with your paediatrician in this matter and give added as advised. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in your child’s daily diet.
